"Overall I'd give it 4 stars. There was a stain on one of the shelves but nothing crazy serious, due to the pandemic there was no breakfast however they made up for it by providing free snacks and hot beverages 24hrs. Would definitely be returning. "

My daughter's suitcase had been opened without permission at customs, so the lock had changed direction, so when I was having trouble opening it, she kindly lent me a hand.
